Ideally located in the heart of the golden triangle in the Luberon regional natural park, you will be charmed by this house with a capacity of 6 to 8 persons

The House

Out of sight The villa will seduce you with its pines trees and ocher hills that surround it.

The house will welcome you in a large bright living room with a large bay windows overlooking the garden. The kitchen, open to the terrace, is very functional. The villa offers you 3 beds plus a sofa bed in a corner of the living room can accommodate two additional people.

Outside, around the house, several terraces will allow you to take your meals or relax in the armchairs under the song of the cicadas

A beautiful swimming pool of 12 x 4, at the foot of the ochres will delight young and old.

Other

The rental includes bed linen, towels, swimming pool towels, change of linen every week in case of rental longer than one week.

Exit cleaning is also included but we ask that you dispose of the garbage, clean the barbecue and leave the house in an acceptable state of cleanliness.

The Conciergerie Gustave will be very happy to welcome you. You will have the possibility of using all of their services such as grocery delivery, a chef at home, a bay sitter, etc. Do not hesitate to consult our site for more information.

The villa is located 10 minutes walk from the heart of the village of Roussillon, and around you, less than 30 minutes, the villages of, Gordes, Lacoste, Bonnieux, Goult, Ménerbes, and Lourmarin…

Terms of cancelation

Strict: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if arrival date is 14 days or more. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before the arrival date. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival date.

Additional Rules

Our dog friends are allowed on request. Please do not smoke inside the house and use an ashtray outside. The house is furnished as if you were at home. Thank you for taking care of it, leaving it in a suitable state of cleanliness for usual cleaning and throwing out the garbage when you leave. Please notify us of any accidental breakage.
